I wrote this article when I'm about to be a Tech Lead. I reflect back what I've learnt from my Tech Leads to know what's demanded of that position from one under a Tech Lead. These are the attributes I strive for now being a Tech Lead. It's not easy, but at least as a guiding pillar of reference.
