I just undergone my second Vitrectomy few days ago together with Cataract surgery too. The second Vitrectomy is to remove what we called Epiretinal membrane on the macular. Have yet to know if the vision has improved, since it's still covered by bubble now.

Thanks for your advice on the blood pleasure. It was 150+ on that day due to super high stress too I guess. The last measure I had before my second Vitrectomy,

my blood pressure is much better now, with 116/71. It's partly due to fasting too, and maybe I walked more longer. Though a less intense exercise, but maybe the longer duration do help lowering the pressure.

Anyway, for these few days I will rest more to recover from my eye surgery.
