That’s an interesting point. I believe compiled code will always need to be recompiled before summiting a new library over.

Maybe you’re stating for cases one uses the API library across different technology? So far within the same language system, it works all good.

Perhaps you could share more insight in detail with an example of the flaw that could cause, and bring to awareness of it.
