Aids for Medium Writer
Shortcut adding picture into Medium
No need to screenshot, copy-paste, or save the file to disk.
To make your writing looks more professional, normally you’ll add a cover picture for your writing like above.
In the past, I used to go to some legitimate website (e.g. Unsplash), and download the image and upload it to Medium. Later I copy and paste from the site, but the resolution is limited (I can’t enlarge it like above).
And the most hassle (yet most important) is to add the credits. I manually copy and paste and add the link. It’s like a ritual and takes minutes of my life away.
Medium provided the solution!
Little did I know, Medium already sort that out for us.
We could search on Medium and click and select the picture. All the credits and links are added to it automatically.
