Life Is A Game; Not A Competition

We win some, we lost some. We all have fun

It’s December 31, 2021 today. Time for some reflection. Getting a little philosophical.

I just bought a game Carcassonne and play with the family. We learned while playing. One of us accidentally misplaced the tile, but only got realized by all later. Some of us got frustrated. One even alleges the player does that on purpose.

The fun atmosphere tensed up. While we finished the game, we fail the reason we play the game together. Someone wins, others lost. It’s no longer fun.

The Squid Game

This year, the Squid Game TV Series storm the world. I’m not a fan of TV Series and cannot remember when I watch the last one. But this one sounds too good to miss.

As per the title, the movie depicts life is like a game. Everyone strives to survive, by all sorts of means. The true color of humanity is shown. It portrays the gloomy view of mankind.

Life is like a game. We don’t know what’s next. We can plan and predict, but there’s no promise.

Some will win, some will lose. All will be terminated one day. Some ask, “why are we born…
