I am been writing technical blog for last 3 years. Lots of time invested on learning and sharing. Its blood and sweat invested. I believe this is an open world, and what I share, could be applied and learn by others as well.

In fact, I sincerely hope those who read my blog could also have deeper learning, and share more insight of their learnings by blogging on it. We build from knowledge to knowledge, making a better tomorrow.

However, I fully understand a group of people who are more shy to contact the writer. It is not your norm to write to others to request for something. Nonetheless, as you like some of my content, you reuse them in your writing.

To those who just took it… silently… 😢

Medium usually promotes writing that of the same nature to my writing to me. It believe this is the area of my interest, as I wrote about them. So I do get inform of them.

And from it, I notice for some articles, they looks very familiar. Then I realize some of the content are exact copy from my writing in verbatim. Some diagram completed taken in exact form. There is no mention or link to its source, or credit to its original author.

This is, in a nice way of saying, COPYING. To describe blatantly, STEALING.

I have to admit that I get annoyed, feeling dishearten, just don’t understand why some people just don’t show some basic appreciation…

I know I have full right to complaint to Medium. But I decide not to do so for now. I just hope people who are technologically competent, would also have some basic humanity, or at least learn to have.

What needs to be done is simple…

Just inform me if you intent to take any part of my writing, and put a link to the source. Minimally, put a link to the source, I am pleased. Do so, not only it cost you nothing, it also makes you, as a writer more credible and respectable.
